About position:

Administrative Officer

Salary: 55k - 65k

The role of the administrative officer is to perform clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to and exhibiting our mission and core values. Duties of the administrative officer include but not limited to answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas and building spreadsheets or presentation for leadership staff.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities

• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents

Minimum requirements:

• Must be a US citizen or legal resident
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Successful completion of background investigation, with no criminal convictions
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have 5 year experience in administrative role

Armed Security 

Salary: $24.50/hr

The role of the security officer is to ensure a safe and secure environment while adhering to and exhibiting our mission and core values. Duties of the security officer include but not limited to on foot patrolling/monitoring assigned areas, investigating irregularities, submitting detailed reports at the end of each shift including daily activities and arrests as well as submitting detailed incident reports and trespass notices.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Self-motivated
• Be of good moral character
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to submit reports in an accurate and timely matter
• Be able to work independently as well as be team oriented
• Flexible hours
• Punctual

Minimum requirements:

• Must be a US citizen or legal resident
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Successful completion of background investigation, with no criminal convictions
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
• Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must have a current DCJS registration
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have 1 year of armed security experience.
• Must be able to complete P.A.T

Part-Time Unarmed Security

Salary: $15.50/hr

The role of the security officer is to ensure a safe and secure environment while adhering to and exhibiting our mission and core values. Duties of the unarmed security officer include but not limited to on foot patrolling/monitoring assigned areas, submitting detailed reports, notifying local authorities of any crimes being committed in presence or  suspicious activity.  

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to submit reports in an accurate and timely matter
• Be able to work independently as well as be team oriented
• Flexible hours
• Punctual

Minimum requirements:

• Must be a US citizen or legal resident
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Successful completion of background investigation, with no criminal convictions
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
